Review I did my homework when buying this car. I watch all the possibilities using an app called Co-pilot. I watched for 7 weeks as cars came and went. I miss out on a couple. This car was listed as an A+ in terms of value and the match to what I was looking for. At that point I went to the Palm Beach Auto Sales Outlet at 9:15 am on a Saturday. I also read the reviews for this place and they were solid. I was greeted at the door by Santiago. If you go to this dealership - ask for him! I am 68 years old and have never had a better car buying experience. He showed me the Audi Q5 Premium plus - and in 7 minutes we were test driving it. He knew all about the vehicle and its history. He gave me the car fax and a ton of other info on it. Everything was going great, and then I threw a curve ball (or so I thought) at him. Before moving forward i wanted someone to look at it for me. I am not a car guy! He immediately handed me his card and said - “tell them to call me directly and I will set them up”. Five minutes later he handed me a breakdown of the cost I could expect and after a total of 25 minutes, including the test drive, I was heading home. The inspection went great, the car was in very good condition. I met Santiago and his manager Kamaron the next day and we completed the paperwork. I explained that I was struggling to get a ride to the dealership to pick up the car - and Santiago says “no worries, I will deliver it tomorrow. Seriously? Guess what - I got two keys also! All I can say is these guys get it. This is how buying a car should be done. Also, I should mention, these are all trade in cars from a large dealer in the area. NO auction cars. Very highly recommend. Be sure to ask for Santiago or Kamaron. More

This dealership was absolutely amazing to me and my family. They drove the car that we ended up purchasing, over an hour to me for a test drive and delivered it when we bought it.
