Palisades VW Great Service I had a sudden failure of the latch on my 2012 Tiguan's rear hatch. I couldn't lock the car and had to get it fixed. Called service manager Peter Bo I had a sudden failure of the latch on my 2012 Tiguan's rear hatch. I couldn't lock the car and had to get it fixed. Called service manager Peter Boffoli and he got me in the same day. The parts were in stock and they replaced the latch. Yeah, it cost over $400, but what doesn't cost a lot at any dealer? The point is, they took care of a serious problem quickly and cheerfully. This is my third vehicle from Palisades VW and I recommend their sales and Service departments. More

I had not expected to be in the market for a can until late summer and was not terribly enthusiastic about having to lease a new car. However, Mr. Ehrhart and the Dealership Manager John were pleasant, professional but not intimidating and very helpful. I so much appreciated that they went out of their way to accommodate us when my sister who has a handicap was not able to be personally present at the dealership office to conclude all the paper work.
