The buying experience at Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln was simply a pleasure. Nick Putiri was incredibly helpful and the staff around him, quite supportive. I wanted a Mustang. I gave a price range. There was no haggling, no "calling over a manager," none of the cliche's. Just informative conversation about owning such a vehicle and and superior guidance through the financial process. Nick was knowledgeable about the product, but more important, keyed into what I wanted immediately. He did not try to sell me extras I wouldn't need, but let me know my options. There was even a small service issue that he handled gracefully, and I am quite quite thankful to him and the professional staff at Pacifico-Marple Ford/Lincoln. Now I have the car that I wanted as a kid: a candy apple red Mustang convertible, black leather interior. It was a pleasure to buy this vehicle and it is an absolute thrill to drive. More
After looking for over a year, my wife said she liked the Lincoln MKX. After 4 kids and 3 Suburbans I agreed we deserved a nice new car. Checking our computer I saw Pacifico had a few vehicles in our price Lincoln MKX. After 4 kids and 3 Suburbans I agreed we deserved a nice new car. Checking our computer I saw Pacifico had a few vehicles in our price range. We stopped in and were relieved no one jumped on us as soon as we exited our car. We were able to browse the lot and headed towards the showroom to ask some questions. Enter Salesman Nick Deluca who came out in the lot and greeted us,. We explained what we wanted a used MKX and what we could afford. He showed us a used 2011. Nice but blk interior which my wife did not want. I explained we wanted a white with tan interior with a sunroof and we were not in any rush. He said no problem and for next the few weeks he would call often with used cars and describe them. I drove up a few times and would check the cars and say no thanks Nick. Not once did he get mad or discouraged, I would apologize for being picky and he would say no problem. I then came up to see a used MKX with Canyon interior, no luck too dark for our taste. During this time my grandmom who lived with us became sick, over the last three weeks my wife took care of her, working from home and playing nurse all night. She passed in our home on July 9 at 401pm. I felt she deserved a new vehicle. I asked Nick about a 2013 on the lot which was white. He showed it to me and it had everything we wanted. I said let's look at some numbers. He smiled and gave me a time to bring in my used Suburban. All of this behind the wife's back I my add. After some work on Nicks part and the manager (who I'm sorry but forgot his name, )a deal we could afford was struck. Now when could Nick deliver the car. He was off at 4pm. My wife worked until 600pm. Nick said I will come back in at 7pm for you. I tried to talk him out it but he insisted. If that's not dealer/salesman loyalty I don't know what is. All was set for the big surprise. I told my wife Nick had another car for us to see. We showed up a little late due to traffic and there was the car, shined up and ready to go. Nick showed it to my wife and our two youngest children. She got a big smile when Nick asked if its what she wanted, she said Yes, and he said good because its yours. Needless to say we got tears and Nick got a hug. How bout that I buy the car and Nick gets the hug. Lol. All the paperwork was smooth with the finance mgr, the general mgr. thanked us and gave us a bottle of wine, and Nick showed us every option and how to use it. Buying a car can be a very frustrating and exhausting experience, especially when buying a used car. Having had visited several dealership and dealt with handfuls of quick talking and sly car salesman, I experience, especially when buying a used car. Jack Canavin handled my questions and concerns and did not hold me hostage at the dealership for hours and hours. He was very informative and understanding. This was my first major car purchase, which meant a lot of questions. Jack was always willing to explain or get clarification from someone who knew. He was straight up and worked with me throughout the process. I never felt pressured or rushed. His sense of humor was also pretty good and he was flexible with my schedule. Jack delivered on what I asked and on what he promised. I have leased cars before and drove off the lot feeling like the salesman took me for a ride (no pun intended), especially feeling like I could have gotten a better price. I feel very satisfied with my purchase from Jack and would/will recommend them to others. Anthony Nestor assisted with the financial process, which was surprisingly smooth and quick. He was also very informative and understanding. Anthony was helpful explaining any questions that I had.
