lied about second key, no inspection, vehicle 2015 hyundia sanada was repossessed not inspected not cleaned the salesman before signing assured us that the second key was available it wa vehicle 2015 hyundia sanada was repossessed not inspected not cleaned the salesman before signing assured us that the second key was available it was not until after the signing that he revealed that he second key was not available,they were even about to let us drive off with no inspection stickers at all the car had not been inspected we had to come back the next day and wait 3 hours for them to do the inspection,we had to insist on the second key and was told that the key man john cafiso would come to us to cut the additional key, we end up having to go to dealer to get the key made.to make it even of a headache the radiator fan was not working and the engine over heating warning was displayed and had to go back to the dealer, all in all except for fine job done by the finance mananger the experience was daunting and will never happen again, lesson learned. More
