Happy, Happy, Happy! I know it is hard to work with a person that has no idea what they really want. Mike Conahan was very kind to me and patient. First I wanted one model I know it is hard to work with a person that has no idea what they really want. Mike Conahan was very kind to me and patient. First I wanted one model and then another and then I wasn't sure at all. I had no color in mind. I went into a "just show me something" mode. When I went for the test drive I knew this is the one I want, but just to be sure Mike directed me to the area where my other choice was parked. He let me get in, let me look it over and offered to let me test drive that model. I was satisfied with the the one I was testing at the time. I had been driving a rental that was much larger with a much higher price and the roughest ride I ever experienced. The ride of the Tester was so smooth I had to have this ride all the time. Thank you Mike Conahan for helping me make a decision. It was after I let you do what I feel you do best, I was made happy again wen you told me the dealership would return the rental for me. Everyone I talked with at the dealership was kind, informative and worked together as one unit. Pacifico is my go to place. Thanks again Mike Conahan for making it easy. More
