During the during the processon gathering more information to buying my vehicle David exceeded the limits to make sure my Mommom and I were comfortable and kept deep conversation. Even after purchasing my vehicle, he kept in touch with me making sure the car is treating me week and if there was anymore he could do. Oil Change Every time I schedule an oil change I ask for the estimate of how long it takes because it seems to always take longer. I was told 45 minutes. My appointment was at 9:15 and I didn’t check out with the cashier until 10:55. An attendant came to check in with me around 10:20 to let me know of other services to which I declined. He was nice and said the car would be done in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I checked in with him and he said he was just finishing up with paperwork. The attendant was nice but being told time estimates and then being wrong or double can be very frustrating. At least try to give an accurate update at the 45 or even 60 minute mark. The cashier was having issues with the computer system which also delayed me leaving. More
