I recently had went in for an oil change and inspection on my 2016 Malibu. I was already thinking about trading in my car because I wanted something new. Brandon helped me with getting my 2020 Tucson Limit on my 2016 Malibu. I was already thinking about trading in my car because I wanted something new. I was in to have my car serviced on Thursday, Amanda promised to call me with an update on my car before she left. No call from Amanda or anyone else and when i saw her no apology. I asked Amanda the next day what happen and she said she had to go and pick up her daughter. Wrong answer!!. Business is business. We had an awful car dealer experience with this agency. 1.- We scheduled a test drive, and when we arrived, the car wasn´t available for the test. I spend time and money. 2.- The sales manager apologize 1.- We scheduled a test drive, and when we arrived, the car wasn´t available for the test. I spend time and money. 2.- The sales manager apologized and promised that I would be the first person to test the car. 3.- They told us that the car would be available for a test drive soon, but we were waiting more than a week, and they changed the test drive appointment twice. 4.- When the car was “ready,” they asked for a deposit to secure the vehicle even though he had promised to hold the vehicle for me for a test drive. A few minutes later, the sales manager told me that the car was sold. That stinks. They don’t respect the customer time. The worst car dealer experience in Philadelphia. More
