I had done my diligence through TrueCar.com and had already owned the same vehicle with the same options in the 2015 year (at least until my son totaled the car in an accident earlier that week). My father was being placed in hospice care that weekend and I didn't have the time or the patience for sales games. Sales Manager Jerry DeMary greeted me warmly, listened to my terms, and connected me with sales person Reginald Jefferson. Mr. Jefferson respected my time and intelligence. He treated me with a straightforwardness that surprised me. He was every bit the professional, answering my questions, and helping me through the sales process. Never once did Mr. Jefferson try to upsell or play the "what kind of payments can you afford" game that so many others seem to. I purchased the vehicle 3 days later and Mr. Jefferson remained the honest and open person that I had previously encountered. In finance, Mr. Ed Dunning was, likewise, the best finance person that I've ever encountered in over 5 purchases of new vehicles over the years. No game playing. No unnecessary options.
