While waiting for the service completion I bumped into my salesman. I say MY salesman because he has sold me approximately five (5) cars. I went into Pacifico for a maintenance check on my 2017 Ford Escape; salesman. I say MY salesman because he has sold me approximately five (5) cars. I went into Pacifico for a maintenance check on my 2017 Ford Escape; I left with a brand new 2020 Ford Escape. I have been dealing with Pacifico/Gary Holmes for so long that he has watched my grandson grow up and graduate from college. In fact, my grandson will soon be going into Pacifico/Gary Holmes to purchase his first car very soon. The Pacifico team is a friendly, courteous, and helpful group of people. They make sure you are comfortable and want for nothing. They don't disappear after you make a purchase either. I get periodic emails checking on me/car, holiday/birthday greetings, and an occasional phone call. Being a woman and a senior citizen I have to be careful so as not to be taken advantage of; I trust Pacifico/Gary Holmes and feel comfortable and safe dealing with your dealership. So, take care of Gary Holmes because he will be the only salesman I will use. Also, Bernard Jones' (Finance Department) handling of the financials on this sale was outstanding. He knew what I wanted my car payment to be and he made it happen!!! He was kind, patient, and very informative. I almost made him an honorary grandson. More
I brought my car from Mr. Earl and I found a WONDERFUL person, Mr. Bob, who sees that repairs are taken care of in the best way ever!!
