I deal with Pacifico for warranty issues and the service is horrible. Good luck getting Quick Lane to even answer their phone. Turnaround times on repairs is ridiculous. He appears to be short staffed and overwhelmed but from a customer's point of view, I still expect to receive timely service. More

I used the ""QUICK LANE" today while I waited for emissions inspection and tire check. I had no appointment. They said 1.5 hrs. They completed it in 1.25 hrs. Gotta love accountability. I RECOMMEND them for service of any car even if it is not a Ford. More

I like to let others know that, the pacifico Ford dealership in Philadelphia on Essington ave., diagnosed my F150 engine problem in 30 minutes. Faster than the last repair shop I took it to. They nickel and diming me, and still couldn't figure out what was wrong, after 3 times trying. Bob Rauh was very honest with me . When sitting in waiting area, waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. A person will arrive out of no where. Tag me (watch or observe closely), and stare at me for hours. Or how ever long it takes for service to be completed on my vehicle. This behavior has been ongoing for years. For what reason? Your organization “Pacifico” took an unprovoked #2 on me. I swept it under the rug and bought a car from here. You continue to greet me with this behavior? It seems these actions may be the product of a guilt conscience? The average person under these circumstances. Will have made a terrible mistake in this matter. Why? The stare down is so blatant and disrespectful.
