I like to let others know that, the pacifico Ford dealership in Philadelphia on Essington ave., diagnosed my F150 engine problem in 30 minutes. Faster than the last repair shop I took it to. When sitting in waiting area, waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. A person will arrive out of no where. Tag me (watch or observe closely), and stare at me for hours. Or how ever long it takes for service to be completed on my vehicle. This behavior has been ongoing for years. For what reason? Your organization “Pacifico” took an unprovoked #2 on me. I swept it under the rug and bought a car from here. You continue to greet me with this behavior? It seems these actions may be the product of a guilt conscience? The average person under these circumstances. Will have made a terrible mistake in this matter. Why? The stare down is so blatant and disrespectful. These actions will have been perceived as an act of war. Exciting extreme anger in the average person. Service Advisor (Andrew) and Service Tech 5 Star Service!! Thank you so much!
