The specific car that I wanted ( I test drove a similar one) was at another location and I wanted to drive it before finalizing the commitment. When it came in the next day, Rocky personally brought it to my job so I could drive it during the daylight. That evening, I went back to Pacifico to finalize the deal. All the paperwork was ready for me. Even better...the next week I was scheduled to have wheel locks put on. Rocky came to my job, picked up the car, took it back to be serviced and delivered it back to me before the end of day....during a horrible rainstorm. I would definitely recommend Pacifico...and especially Rocky. More

From the time I walked into Pacifico Ford with my dad to look at the cars, we were greeted by Mr. Dan Staley. He was very professional, had extensive knowledge about the cars Pacifico had and he was able to answer any question that my father and I had. What I really liked was that I was able to drive the car around the block (2011 Ford Fusion SE) and really get a feel for it. I fell in love with the car and all of the features it came with. Dan informed me that I could possibly get a lease with the new car and to make a long story short, I was able to lease the car and sign the necessary papers to have the car now, as I do. Dan, along with all those who helped in my buying experience, really showed me friendliness, professionalism and they made it their effort to meet my needs. I really like the fact that I was able to lease the car for 24 months with the option to buy, and also if I want to, I can lease again and get a newer model.
