Typical dealer, force you to haggle price and lowball your trade-in; don't stand behind their product once it's out the door. Staff was super-attentive and friendly before the sale, non-existant and an your trade-in; don't stand behind their product once it's out the door. Overall would not recommend this dealer unless absolutely necessary. More

I told him the most important things in a vehicle for me and he found me the perfect car, in the perfect color!I am a new mom and had just come off maternity leave, and i needed a reliable, safe car. i didnt have the recent paystubs that were required for the financing, but they worked with me still, until i could get documentation from my employer that would work. They even loaned me a car until the financing went through. The car has been a dream. As soon as my finance is ready for a new car we will definitely be back to pacfico and to visit riccardo.
