Neal was straight up with me from our first meeting. He listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. He even gave me some suggestions after I asked for them. Key word there being after! He was not pushy in the least and if fact, he bent over backwards to make me happy and it was so refreshing. Neal's service to me did not stop after the sale was complete. My car broke down twice and had to be towed to the dealer for maintenance. Needless to say I was not happy with my 2011 Mustang being towed 2 times in 1 week. Neal kept me calm and assured me that he will find out what the problem is and what is being done with my car and he did. I found the service department pretty much useless when it came to keeping me up to date. The assistant manager was an ASS and very rude to me. Because of Neal and the way he took his time with me and the way he made me feel like I was the most important customer there left me with an overall positive impression with your dealership. I had the best experience at this dealership. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products that were being sold and answered all of my questions promptly. My first time buying a car at a dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. These guys are not the typical pushy car salesmen I was expecting. This time I decided to try somewhere else just to see what I may or may not be missing o I have been a customer of Pacifico Ford for a long time now. This time I decided to try somewhere else just to see what I may or may not be missing out on. I found nothing that wowed me elsewhere so I went back to Pacifico just to look. When I entered the showroom I was greeted very pleasently with no pushiness at all. I went on as though I was looking for someone. I went though to the lot and started looking at SUV's. A service employee asked me if I was being helped I told him I wanted to look at the stickers first then Ill find MY salesman. He nodded and smiled. I was headed back inside and decided to have a smoke first. I struck up a conversation with Mike Henkin the salesman who eventually sold me a car. Very smoothly done. The attitude at Pacifico Ford is give , give , give! which is a refreshing. Cause my motto it take take take when they want to give lol! This lends to be the best car buying experience you could ever have. When your a long time customer or the first time you get the same quality deal at the best prices with all the extras possible. A newcomer next to me got all the extras that were afforded me It was then that I realized "It just doesn't get any better then Pacifico Ford." More

I looked up Pacifico online because I was interested in a Ford Explorer for the winter. Two days after looking into the site my Fiances car was broken into and left undriveable. I told Adam Edwards the internet salesman that I need either a Honda or Acura for my fiance. He said to come down that they had over 1000 used cars on the lot and that they definitely had used Hondas and Acuras. We drove 1 hour and 15 minutes through traffic to get to philly. When you call and ask for directions the women who answer the phone are " ignorant" and when you ask for directions they connect you to and automated system, which is hard to copy since they say the directions once and hangup. After arriving and asking for Adam I was told "someone else" would help me because Adam was across the street. I was then given a salesman who told me this was his very first week. We walked around the lot and there was not one Honda nor any Acuras. When I explained this to the Sales Manager he said he was sorry but they were sure they had something else. I'm incredibly displeased with my car shopping experience there. Also after speaking to several people about this situation they told me of similar situations at Pacifico. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
