From test driving vehicles, weighing my options on the cars I was looking at, the price range I could afford, the banks with the best rates available to the warranties and what each one covered an for how long they lasted. I don't think I've had anyone in all my years purchasing a car be so informed in so many aspects of buying a car & not have me go to this person or that person to find out all the info I needed to make the purchase. I came into the dealership in the morning, and by dinner time I picked the car I wanted, at the price I could afford, with a GREAT rate from a bank, and left a very very happy person. Mike never made me feel as though he was taking for a ride. He was very straight forward & honest with me (good or bad) and that made my experience AWESOME!
