I don't think I've had anyone in all my years purchasing a car be so informed in so many aspects of buying a car & not have me go to this person or that person to find out all the info I needed to make the purchase. I came into the dealership in the morning, and by dinner time I picked the car I wanted, at the price I could afford, with a GREAT rate from a bank, and left a very very happy person. Mike never made me feel as though he was taking for a ride. He was very straight forward & honest with me (good or bad) and that made my experience AWESOME! Typical dealer, force you to haggle price and lowball your trade-in; don't stand behind their product once it's out the door. Staff was super-attentive and friendly before the sale, non-existant and an your trade-in; don't stand behind their product once it's out the door. Overall would not recommend this dealer unless absolutely necessary. More

I told him the most important things in a vehicle for me and he found me the perfect car, in the perfect color!I am a new mom and had just come off maternity leave, and i needed a reliable, safe car. i didnt have the recent paystubs that were required for the financing, but they worked with me still, until i could get documentation from my employer that would work. They even loaned me a car until the financing went through. The car has been a dream. As soon as my finance is ready for a new car we will definitely be back to pacfico and to visit riccardo.
