Typical dealer, force you to haggle price and lowball your trade-in; don't stand behind their product once it's out the door. Staff was super-attentive and friendly before the sale, non-existant and an your trade-in; don't stand behind their product once it's out the door. They even loaned me a car until the financing went through. The car has been a dream. As soon as my finance is ready for a new car we will definitely be back to pacfico and to visit riccardo. The specific car that I wanted ( I test drove a similar one) was at another location and I wanted to drive it before finalizing the commitment. When it came in the next day, Rocky personally brought it to my job so I could drive it during the daylight. That evening, I went back to Pacifico to finalize the deal. All the paperwork was ready for me. Even better...the next week I was scheduled to have wheel locks put on. Rocky came to my job, picked up the car, took it back to be serviced and delivered it back to me before the end of day....during a horrible rainstorm. I would definitely recommend Pacifico...and especially Rocky. More
