Louis was great, but everyone moved very slow it took hours to get things moving. Another guy that worked there could not understand why we didn't want to buy a used truck. I always get wonderful service when I return my 07 Sport Trac to Pacifico for scheduled maintenance and inspections. Dropped my 2006 Mariner Hybrid (which I bought from Pacifico's shop in Broomall) for a few days at the airport while I was gone. They called the next day and told me my "rotors were destroyed" and nee Pacifico's shop in Broomall) for a few days at the airport while I was gone. They called the next day and told me my "rotors were destroyed" and needed replacement. I had them do just the backs, as I knew my pads were ready for replacement (and I could not afford the quote for all of them.) I subsequently learned from another mechanic who replaced the front pads that the rotors were fine. The kicker was went I needed a quarter for my parking meter later that week and reached in my center console where I had stashed at least $10 worth of that particular coin. Not a single ONE was left. The thieves had added insult to injury. More
