Pacific Ford has a drive up low maintenance service and although it took more than 2 hours for a regular oil change and state inspection I was oleased . However they utilized my wheel lock pack and did not although it took more than 2 hours for a regular oil change and state inspection I was oleased . However they utilized my wheel lock pack and did not put in all my wheel locks back. I am missing 2 of the 4. I I formed cashier and no one called me back.i called back and informed the service tech, and of course he denied he ever saw all my wheel lock kit. What also made it so bad was the fact that 1 of the wheel locks was in the back floor of my truck and 1 was un the open compartment in front and the lock was in the passenger seat ,and the other 2 magically disappeared. THE LAST REVIEW I did NOT WRITE , SO SOMEONE FROM FORD IS WRITING FRAUDULENT REVIEWS More
