I brought my old car in for an oil change, and I drove away with a new vehicle! The term on my leased Ford Escape was coming to an end, and on one Saturday while I was getting an oil change at Pacific away with a new vehicle! The term on my leased Ford Escape was coming to an end, and on one Saturday while I was getting an oil change at Pacifico, I figured I would just browse the new cars and maybe price a few vehicles. I had asked Jorge Agosto to show me a few models, and price for me what the cost would be if I bought out my current lease versus the cost if were to lease a new Ford Escape. I figured it would take a few weeks to find the car I wanted and the pricing, and that I’d maybe make a decision a month down the road. Well, ultimately, Jorge and Pacifico made such a competitive offer, that I was hard pressed not to drive out of the dealership with a new vehicle. Pacifico was willing to buy out my old lease, pay my mile penalty, arrange the return of my old Ford Escape (which I bought from a completely different dealer!) and I could drive away with my new Ford Escape that very same day. Additionally, with being a “Pacifico Member for Life” I didn’t have to worry about oil changes or service (of course this is built around certain parameters). This was a much better option than buying out my old lease. I had 60K miles on the vehicle, and the pricing (largely due to interest rate assumptions from buying vs leasing) was nearly the same as getting a new car. To pay nearly the same price I was paying, get a new vehicle (the same model as I had with all the bells and whistles), and not have to worry about taking my old car back. Why turn that offer down? I told Jorge that my only concern was that I needed to run it by the big boss: Mom. He was willing to arrange for me to take the model that he had in stock (the exact model I wanted) for the weekend, so I could take Mom for a test drive and get comfortable with the new vehicle. If I didn’t like it, I just had to bring it back the following Monday. I thought this was pretty cool, and unlike any dealership I had worked with before. They were willing to let me take the car and see if it was a good fit! They even made sure to fill up the tank before I left! All in all this was an incredibly quick, transparent and easy purchase. Jorge made the deal make sense, and made me feel like I was making a good decision. That, I think, is the key part of a big purchase, to feel that you are making the right decision. He laid out all the options, went through every pro/con in great detail (i.e. money down on each option, interest rates, etc), and even let me take the vehicle for a few days so that I could get comfortable with it. And I did feel comfortable. In the end I took possession of the vehicle, and I look forward to working with Pacifico over the next few years. Pacifico for Life! More

I have contacted Rocky several times during my last lease in a panic and he always accepts my calls and sets my mind at ease. If he's not certain about a situation, he puts you in contact with the proper department. He maintains contact with his customers simply to find out how much you're enjoying your car or to even wish you a happy birthday! Now that's your ideal salesman. Thanks and continued success, Rocky!
