excellent service as always I always purchase and service my vehicles at Pacifico. The staff there is great. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in today I always purchase and service my vehicles at Pacifico. The staff there is great. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in today for a routine oil change and maintenance service. the only issue I had was when I had called to schedule the appointment. The woman who answered the phone had answered the phone while eating and you could clearly hear her chomping away. When I told her I wanted to make an oil change appointment for my vehicle she said "didn't I just make an appointment for you?" Now this was the first time I had called so I told her no. She then told me she had nothing available until Saturday, I was calling on Tuesday, while she continued to chomp away on whatever she was eating in my ear I hung up the phone. Nancy is my regular service advisor and I am always completely satisfied with her so I just contacted her and asked when she could fit me on for an oil change and she had no problem at all putting me in for the day I had requested. The work was done quickly and efficiently, Nancy is always polite and courteous to me. I will never go anywhere besides Pacifico and Nancy is the best. More

Salesman: 10+ - Whoever Detailed My Car: 0 Jorge Agosto Rocks. We walked in not 100% sure of what we wanted to do. We have a leased Ford with three months to go so we were maybe looking to leas Jorge Agosto Rocks. We walked in not 100% sure of what we wanted to do. We have a leased Ford with three months to go so we were maybe looking to lease a new car and roll the remaining payments into the new lease. But purchasing a second used car was also an option. Jorge spent a long time with us, looking at different car and financing options. He put in 120% effort, and always with a smile. We ended up with a used car and plans to come back to Jorge and Pacifico in three months to purchase or lease a new car. Gina Puggi-McDevitt was also excellent and a pleasure to work with. Whoever detailed my car -- shame on you. I could have made a fuss at the dealership but we were tired after a very long day and had no more time left tonight. I would be happy to receive a redo this weekend or next week sometime. More

Loving My New "Used" Car Bill worked very diligently on getting me my car. Hit a few bumps and potholes on the way. My credit is not the best, but Bill was still able to get me into a car that I love. He showed her to me, when he said I was approved for a used car. I saw her and fell in love with her. We weren't sure if she was for sale at first, but when we found out she was, I jumped on it and was able to take her home that same day. It's been three weeks since then and I'm keeping. Bill did a great job and he should be proud. I'm loving every time I get behind the wheel of her knowing that she is all mine. She is the best car I've ever driven. I never thought I would buy a used car, but I am glad I did. I'm not sure I would enjoy a new, "inexperienced" car as much. I can't wait to take her on my road trip at the end of August, 2014. Thanks for the car, Bill. She is a keeper. If I ever find the need to trade in or buy another car, I'm definitely going back to him, whether he is at Pacifico Ford or not. More
