For me, visiting the car dealership is stressful because I always feel there's a swindle somewhere lurking. Mr. Holmes was patient, answered all my questions, and also worked to ensure that I got an affordable insurance rate with my car. He even picked me up from home as I didn't have a ride to get to the dealership. Three of my relatives have worked with him in the past.
