The sales person I picked from the top of the list here on Cars.com was ok... UNTIL it was time to do the deal. I had to constantly call, I sent a down payment by ACH and I had to fight just to get a doc t on Cars.com was ok... UNTIL it was time to do the deal. I had to constantly call, I sent a down payment by ACH and I had to fight just to get a doc that said I sent the money. After the trouble with that I couldn't get them to tell me how long it takes them to ship it... The just gave me a phone number of the company they will use... Obviously that company won't know anything until they get the manifest. So now I have $9,000 in the hands of a dealership who's sales manager associated me with thieves telling me I could steal their car if they gave me the paperwork. I buy A LOT of cars (41 cars in 32 years of driving) and to find a dealership that respects the customer seems impossible. Sales Managers always have a nonsense story as to why simple requests can't be honored. Ford... Your sales people... Specifically the sales managers need to be trained that customers actually matter, that your business does better when you do better for your customer. They also won't stop running my credit, I've had 7 hits in the last few days even AFTER settling on Ford Credit... The only Financing option I asked to be provided. I have my own credit unions, and banks I can borrow from without having my credit run 7 times. If you find a car listed by Pacifico see if you can find another somewhere else where you will be treated like you matter. I am at well qualified buyer (At least I would want someone like me purchase form me) credit is in the top 4% of the country, income is in the top 5%, I know what I want before I go to the dealerships or make any calls and try not to waste time. So far at the time of this rating it's been close to a week and I can't get the sales department to take my deal seriously. I DO NOT buy anything from F&I it seemed once that was out of the bag the deal stalled on their side for NO CLEAR REASON other then a story about me being like thieves they've apparently dealt with in the past. Clearly my current business does not matter to Pacifico. My future business is definitely not going to be with this dealership. More
