My new car So my experience was like a television commercial. My boyfriend and I were ready to play "good cop and bad cop" and I was the bad cop. I was prepared So my experience was like a television commercial. My boyfriend and I were ready to play "good cop and bad cop" and I was the bad cop. I was prepared to say NO to everything that was offered and reverse the table to where I was the "negotiator". I walked out like "I've been had". I didn't get a chance to use any of my moves. The sales rep gave me everything I wanted and I didn't even have to ask twice. He was understanding of my circumstances and open minded towards finding ways for me to drive away with a new car...AND I DID! He even checked on me after my purchase to make sure I was happy not satisfied. I don't feel like I met another sales rep, I feel as if I was accepted into the Ford family and that's a good feeling with my new investment. More

His overall attitude and knowledge of his job is awesome to know someone is truly in it for you and not themselves. my experience with Garry has gone back for some years now from the time of my first car purchase and I always have faith he will satisfy the needs of my finances in purchasing a vehicle. anytime I choose to consider purchasing I always keep him in mind with Ford.
