I find if you get there early you get out early. However on Friday, 12-8-17, I heard the 1st snow storm would be arriving tomorrow on my planned shopping day in Lancaster. I called the guys at Quick Lane around 10:20am to see if I could get in for an oil change, I have been putting off for 2 weeks, and they were like "sure bring it over" so I did, and James was at the desk, he took care of "my baby" and called a lil over an hour to let me know "my baby" was ready for pick up. James Williams is the best, always friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of including my little sticker to let me know when my next oil change is due. Thanks James! More
