I was not disappointed--everything went smoothly and efficiently. As I took the new Honda Civic for a test drive, Eric the sales associate, thoroughly explained the upgrades of the new 2017 Honda Civic in laymen's terms. The paperwork took no longer than 30 minutes and everyone from the manager to the finance manager answered all my questions and were very mindful of my budget. At the end of the transaction, Eric provided a very thorough one-on-one overview/tutorial of the computerized features of the Honda before I drove it off the dealership. It can be a very intimidating experience for a woman to walk into a car dealership alone but everyone at Pacific Honda made me feel comfortable and safe. Customer service continues to be excellent. The last 3 years of my lease with Pacific Honda were pleasant ones as the service department was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. I am looking forward to another 3 years of doing business with them. More

So Greedy, Go Elsewhere I was in the market for a new vehicle and made a reasonable offer (MSRP out the door). Not only did they scoff at the offer and make me increase my offer $500, they wouldn't even counter offer because they are super greedy. If your stock is limited and you can't do that price, call me back and re-engage/follow up when inventory comes back. I believe their exact words were "there's nothing wrong with profit." No, there isn't anything wrong with a dealer making a reasonable amount that is mutually beneficial for buyer and seller, but thousands over MSRP? That's just unconscionable. Service department is no better. On multiple occasions, I identified the same issue that is covered under warranty. Both times they denied anything was wrong so I took it to another dealer who immediately agreed with the issue and fixed it under warranty. Despite the fancy, expensive showroom the way Pacific Honda treats their customers is shameless money-grubbing. Take your business elsewhere for real customer service. Pacific Honda is only out to soak you and line their pockets. More
This place ripped off my daughter. My daughter is stationed in Hawaii, she took her car there to have it serviced, oil change, tire rotation and have her brakes checked. It has about 60000 miles on it, she was told her brakes looked new. Charged her 200.00. Two days later her front brakes started making a grinding noise. She had to have it towed back to the dealership where she was told a rock got in between the brake pads and rotor. They charged her 350.00 to replace pads and turned the rotors. That's 550.00 she had to pay. I feel they took advantage of her because she's a woman. I wish the Honda corporation would investigate this dealership. It's not right what they did, they should be responsible for what happened after they serviced the car. More
