Awesome customer experience! I was on the hunt for a used car. Originally, I was looking online at different dealerships for Honda Accords. I ended up going car hunting, and my fa I was on the hunt for a used car. Originally, I was looking online at different dealerships for Honda Accords. I ended up going car hunting, and my family and I decided to stop in to Pac Honda just to LOOK at what type of used cars they had about ten minutes before they closed. William took us upstairs to check out their used cars and asked if I wanted to test drive a car that I was interested in. Although they were already closed by the time, William was very accommodating. After test driving I really wanted to get the car, but was not expecting to take it home that night. William was able to let that happen for me, and I was excited. We met with Robert after to finance and finalize everything, and he was very accommodating as well. He was really funny and making jokes here and there. Excellent customer service, and I'll definitely be back to return for a brand new Honda! :) More

I have visited the three Oahu Honda dealerships on multiple occasions over the last two years, and have consistently found that Pacific Honda simply has the best prices. Additionally, their sales process is relatively transparent. No bait and switch, no excessive time spent "checking with the manager," no high pressure sales tactics, even in the "finance office." To sweeten the deal, they have a clean, air conditioned showroom right downtown, staff with a very can-do attitude, and a large selection of Honda vehicles. The staff are not exceptionally charming, but they are efficient and get the job done. After searching the Oahu market for over a month for a "great deal" as well as a sales team that felt respectable and ethical, I chose Pacific Honda over all the rest, saving $2000 over the lowest post-negotiation prices offered at Tony and Windward, without even having to negotiate. Pacific Honda has proven themselves to be the only Honda dealership on Oahu worth buying from. More

He was kind, helpful and not at all pushy while Alex the finance manager was fast and efficient. So here is the best part...THEY CALLED ME BACK TWO DAYS LATER TO LOWER MY PAYMENTS!!
