The initial sales person you meet will be friendly, but once he has you interested, another person comes along to take away whatever the first one offered. That is the game they play with you. They cheated me out of a fair price on my trade-in by telling me they could only sell it wholesale, when if fact they were planning to sell it retail. So I lost about $2,000 on the trade-in. I would have been willing to split it with them, but they wanted it all for themselves. I tried to purchase optional wheels, but they did everything possible to make it difficult for me. They told me they could not get a reasonable upgrade and offered me other wheels at an inflated price. Judging by my experience, the customer service is low. The quality of work is equally bad. They are moderately friendly. The overall experience was such that I will not return to the dealership. Pricing is cut-throat. If you want my advice, test drive the car with them, but go to another dealer to close the deal. More
