They told me they could not get a reasonable upgrade and offered me other wheels at an inflated price. Judging by my experience, the customer service is low. The quality of work is equally bad. They are moderately friendly. The overall experience was such that I will not return to the dealership. Pricing is cut-throat. If you want my advice, test drive the car with them, but go to another dealer to close the deal. More
