Bar none, one of the best overall car buying experiences I have ever had. When I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by Scott Steven - who I later ended up purchasing the vehicle from. He was extremely patient with me while I hemmed and hawed in regards to which vehicle I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure at all from Scott. He wanted to make sure I got into a vehicle I really liked that fit my lifestyle. Such a cool guy. When I told him I was going to another dealership to test drive more vehicles, he even encouraged it! The respect and courtesy I received while on the lot of Pacific Honda is one of the number one reasons I went back to the dealership. Scott worked deligently in finding the EXACT vehicle I wanted and it was delivered in a very reasonable time. While I was waiting for it to be delivered, I was greeted by the owner Bo. Such a nice (and very funny) man! The finance process was fantastic. Once in finance, Paul Tavares took great care of me. I know it's a business, but Scott and Paul made me feel like they truly had my best interest at heart. Once the insurance company finalized the numbers, Pacific Honda was able to locate an extremely inventory limited model/color so that I was able to replace my original purchase with the exact same model/color, at the same price. Because of their help, I was able to get my new car before the checks from the insurance company had even been received. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!
