Before committing to a purchase, they were very flexible in allowing me to see if my motorcycle fitted inside the Odyssey mini-van, which was a primary motivation for the vehicle choice. They provided no particular pressure to buy one option over another, but provided good advice on each model. The price on the trade in value of my leased car was excellent and they accepted the leased car despite it having 12 months still to run and some significant miles on the odometer. My ultimate choice of vehicle was not available, but they had it available for me to pick up within one day of committing to purchase. Throughout it was an excellent and effortless purchasing experience, and there are too many good reasons to recommend Pacific Honda to remember them all. At the end of the day it comes down to the people that I interacted with the most and Wally, Lionel and Steve were a delight to deal with. More
