We were met on the lot by Pete, who showed us the model we were interested in. He explained the difference in all the models of the CR-V,and we choose the SUV we wanted to purchase. We decided to take advantage of the great offer of 0.9% financing for 36 months. We met with the finance person to close the deal. All employees we dealt with were very polite and the facility was extremely neat and clean. When we were ready to take possession of our new SUV, all the features and controls were demonstrated to familiarize ourselves with them.
