WALLY WAS GREAT! WE GOT THE DEAL WE ASKED FOR AND HE ANSWERED ALL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL FEATURES OF OUR NEW HONDA CIVIC HYBRID WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR CAR. SINCE WE ONLY ANSWERED ALL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL FEATURES OF OUR NEW HONDA CIVIC HYBRID WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR CAR. SINCE WE ONLY HAD ONE DRIVER AND TWO CARS (THE ONE WE ARRIVED IN AND OUR NEW ONE) HE DROVE OUR NEW CAR WITH MY WIFE AND AGAIN EXPLAINING AS HE DROVE TO MY WIFE THEN AGAIN WITH ALL OF US ON THE WAY BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOTED SO FAR AFTER ONE WEEK WAS THE MAINTENANCE BOOK WAS NOT COMPLETED FOR THE DELIVER OF THE CAR. AS WE TOOK TIME TO COMPARE DEALS WITH SEVERAL OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND WHILE THERE WERE OTHER DEALS I COULD HAVE TAKEN WALLY WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THAT FAMILIAL CATCH PHRASE "HOW CAN I EARN YOUR BUSINESS" AND MEANT IT! THE OTHERS WANTED TO BAIT AND SWITCH US. THANKS SO MUCH. NOW I TRULY HOPE THE SERVICE OVER THE YEARS LEAVES US WITH THE SAME FEELING AS WE HAVE NOW! More
