My only criticism is that we found it incredibly inefficient and time-consuming to have to go across the street and wait over 30 minutes to begin the financial paperwork. This process could certainly be improved and felt like the type of experience I would expect from 2nd rate dealers. Once our offer was accepted, we waited about an hour and half or more before we were on the road with our new vehicle - this was excessive in my view and dampened our enthusiasm considerably. More
