The lack of communication from the service center to the customer is astounding. It took me all day to get a hold of someone just for an update on my car. When I did get my car back it was left a mess, smel customer is astounding. It took me all day to get a hold of someone just for an update on my car. When I did get my car back it was left a mess, smelled horrible, and had scratches all over inside and outside of the car that were not there before. Also not to mention a few days after getting my car back it would start weird, come to find out they didn’t properly reinstall the battery so one of the terminals was loose. For the amount of money I paid for my car to be serviced you would think they would’ve checked something so simple like that. More

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours! What is the point of having an appointment if they are just going to throw me to the back of the line anyway. The guy that gre to wait 2 1/2 hours! What is the point of having an appointment if they are just going to throw me to the back of the line anyway. The guy that greeted me asked if I wanted to have my tires rotated if they needed. Some places offer free tire rotation with service and since he made no mention of cost, I assumed it came with the oil change. Maybe it's my fault for not asking, but he definitely should have mentioned that there would be an additional cost. Lesson learned. $45 to rotate tires is ridiculous! More

They had the vehicle I was looking for, got right down to seeing and driving it. But the negotiation with the manager was unnecessarily long, inefficient and pushy. My sales rep Nellie was fantastic. The sales manager was not -would not listen to me, kept trying to push the KARR security system despite going back and forth 3 times. Finally I had to call him out of his office to talk face-to-face.
