My wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle when we decided to stop by Pacific Honda to look at the Odyssey. We were greeted by Ricky who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about his Hond when we decided to stop by Pacific Honda to look at the Odyssey. We were greeted by Ricky who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about his Honda vehicles, and the sales manager Lenny even offered for us to take the vehicle home for the night to show it to the rest of the family. We also had visited the Honda dealership in Chula Vista that evening and was very displeased with the customer service there and quickly returned to see Ricky. We already had a pre-approved loan with our credit union and Jaime Jimenez, a member of the dealership’s finance department, got us a better interest rate through a reputable bank that our own credit union could not even match. In a couple of hours my wife drove off in her 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L and we paid exactly what we offered and what was in our budget; no hassles, no hidden fees, no gimmicks, no hounding; just pure professionalism, integrity and honesty. Pacific Honda is truly a class organization that dwarfs all other auto dealerships in the San Diego area. The staff of Ricky, Lenny and Jamie all made this the most pleasant and easy car buying experience for my family and it was an honor to have done business with this organization. My cousin recently bought his first car at Pacific Honda. He dealt with several salesmen but in the end Richard sold him a 2005 Honda Accord LX.
