I brought my car in on Monday, January 13 for my 9:15 AM appointment, only to end up, waiting in the check-in line for over an hour. Several times the employees walked by my car to check in other cars, but appointment, only to end up, waiting in the check-in line for over an hour. Several times the employees walked by my car to check in other cars, but did not initially greet me until I had to flag someone down at around 9:50. The gentleman let me know that they were backed up and someone would be right over to get my information. approximately 10 AM, John came over and asked me what I was there for. Because I was already waiting for over an hour at this point, I explained I had to go back to work and was wondering if I should just come back later. He said no, and proceeded to check me in. He was friendly, but wanted to make small talk, but I was at that point ready to get in and get out. The redeeming factor was that John was able to get my car done a day before promised, so I could use my car to go to a funeral on time. More
