The lack of communication from the service center to the customer is astounding. It took me all day to get a hold of someone just for an update on my car. When I did get my car back it was left a mess, smel customer is astounding. It took me all day to get a hold of someone just for an update on my car. When I did get my car back it was left a mess, smelled horrible, and had scratches all over inside and outside of the car that were not there before. Also not to mention a few days after getting my car back it would start weird, come to find out they didn’t properly reinstall the battery so one of the terminals was loose. For the amount of money I paid for my car to be serviced you would think they would’ve checked something so simple like that. More
