Great experience I had a great experience at Pacific Honda. DJ helped me with my certified pre-owned 2012 Honda coupe. We were price gouged on the labor and the vehicle was returned to us with greasy handprints on the dash and steering wheel. The work they did was good but not sure I would recommend them if you have other options. They offer a 5% military discount (which is nice) but other places offer 10%. More

He is and has been a very compassionate individual as long as I have known him. He cares about customer service and his profession; this you can tell by the way he comes across to his customers. He realizes that a customer who is satisfied is a customer for life and realizes that word of mouth referrals, are the lifeblood of success especially in the retail sales market. He still follows up with me and lets me know he is still right there doing his job the "right way" even after all these years. Pacific Honda needs more Ricky Lechugas working for them.
