To start I was extremely stressed due to the fact that my 2001 Honda Accord was basically falling apart on me. I made an appointment and came into to check out the inventory and due to my bad credit I was so lucky that Mark went over and out to get me the financing I needed w/ a low monthly payment and APR. I am so happy to have made the choice I did, especially because Mark really cared to make sure I got what I wanted. I drove off in my new for me, used for them, 2010 Honda Civic and it drives like a dream! It was the best decision I have made thusfar. I am originally from Los Angeles and am new to San Diego. I have only owned Honda's and am adamant about sticking to Honda's being that they are the best cars ever! Pacific Honda's reps made me feel at home and made sure my needs and expectations were met. I've never dealt with people that were so nice and worked so hard to help me purchase a car and considering my circumstance i didn't make it easy for them!! they definitely pulled some strings for us worked so hard to help me purchase a car and considering my circumstance i didn't make it easy for them!! they definitely pulled some strings for us to make it happen, and every time we had a bump in the road they assured us we weren't leaving with out a car.. it's actually funny because we were shopping around at different dealership but not once did we apply to pacific honda, they had called me telling me i had approved for a car (which i felt like i wasn't gonna hear that in a long time) 2005 honda accord fully loaded, I THOUGHT IT WAS FRAUD! so i googled the pacific honda number and inquired about the person that called me AND SURE ENOUGH it was the sales person who helped me purchase the car! not only at the moment i thought i was too good to be true so i took a chance to go down there thinking they were gonna tell me it was a mistake, and the first thing Larry said to me was CONGRATULATIONS YOU APPROVED do you want to see your car, we put together the paper work and all i needed was my $2,000 down payment. Well the next day Reza calls me in and tells me, Larry really worked hard on your case! he worked his magic and was able to get $1,000 off your down payment, and all you need is $500 now and the other $500 later (NOW THAT DEFINITELY SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! right? WRONG!) we did a run through with the car make sure everything was in good and working condition, get insurance, cross all our T's and dot all our I's by the end of the day we were on our way home with our NEW but used 2005 honda accord. We went back to the dealership today to give our down payment and Reza and Larry hooked us up with a full tank of gas! TALK ABOUT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And i will recommend Larry "MAGIC" Pinnick and Reza Ghasemi to ANYONE without any reservation. Thanks again for all the help with getting me a car! I LOVE IT! More

I was so fustrated with the prices, and could not go over my budget due to financial hardship. However, Johnny was able to make it all happen. I wanted to inform you guys of how satisfied he has made his customer, very genuwine, sincere, and understanding at the same time was patient cause i was all over the lot having him run around. I was disappointed at first with my experience and I rated Pacific Honda high because of the way they went out of their to make sure I was happy. My name is Patrick and I bought a new 2013 White Accord V-6 EX-L w/NAV on 2 Mar 2013. I just want to say that for once this was an actual pleasureable experience contrary to what I normally have experience V-6 EX-L w/NAV on 2 Mar 2013. I just want to say that for once this was an actual pleasureable experience contrary to what I normally have experienced in the past with other dealerships and sales reps. When I walked thru the car lot and before I entered the showroom/office nobody asked me if I needed help, it seemed like most of them were more consumed with personal conversations with each other then trying to make a sale. As I entered the building Angelina focused on me and greeted me and asked me if I needed help, which was obvious that she is extremely friendly, professional and meant business, to my delight. To be truthful when she asked me what car I desired I did not think I would drive out with the one I wanted due to credit issues, etc..., but contrary to my negative attitude she was very positive and made me feel that way also. To make a long story short, I think Angelina is a top-notch professional, has a wonderful and sincere personality and a valuable asset to your business. I know I will continue doing business with your dealership in the future and will recommend it as well to friends, relatives and co-workers as long as you have Angelina or people of her caliber there. Finally I just want to say thanks Angelina from myself and my happy family! More
Tony Momon was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicles he showed us. Answered all questions. Besides knowing his vehicles he was very pleasant and put us at ease. Then there was Paul and Steve who were very helpful. These guys are "tops" in my opinion. I will certainly recommend Pacific Honda to anyone in the market for a vehicle. My only hope is that the service department is as good as the sales department. My past experience with other dealerships didn't prove that. As a matter of fact, I refused to go to a certain dealership because of their service department. Hope our experience helps with your survey. More
I have never bought a new car of a lot before and i was in the neighbor browsing for an affordable 2012 or 2013...i just happened to walk onto the honda dealership by chance, meaning i didnt really expect in the neighbor browsing for an affordable 2012 or 2013...i just happened to walk onto the honda dealership by chance, meaning i didnt really expect a honda to be in my price range, when i was approached by a sales professional by the name of Daniel Nichols...I explained to him my business and my doubts about being able to afford a honda...he steered me toward a 2012 civic si that was initially priced out of my price range. Mr. Nichols turned out to be a wealth of information about the car and was very well informed about the competing models from other manufacturers that reflected my shopping experience...Before long i knew a honda was a car for me...and i must say Mr. Nichols went out of his way to secure me my civic at a great price! I am a very happy new car owner now and will definitly recommend Pacific Honda to anyone looking to buy a new quality car.. More
