One of the worst experiences I have had with a dealership, the communication has been terrible. My car has now been there for 5 nights, I still don’t know when my vehicle will be ready to be p dealership, the communication has been terrible. It just so happens that my car is messed up/ breaks down less than a week or two after a technician was sent to fix a recall on my vehicle. The vehicle never had a single issue before this either. Had appointment for Tuesday morning. Was expecting to have it looked at that day(reason why I had an appointment) but was then told later in the day that Daron was quoting 2-3 days to di Was expecting to have it looked at that day(reason why I had an appointment) but was then told later in the day that Daron was quoting 2-3 days to diagnose. By Friday afternoon when I had to call due to Daron not responding to the text messages I found out my vehicle still hasn't been looked at. Then Daron put on my paperwork that I couldn't leave my vehicle for diagnosing even though he had it for 4 full day! Spent all week without a vehicle for nothing! Horrible customer service and poor communication More
