I see you only respond to good reviews I wrote a review after buying a used car for my son. Never heard from anyone. I sent emails, I called, I left messages on facebook. No response. You sold us a LEMON !!! TRANSMISSION ISSUES, WATER PUMP ISSUES , FUEL PUMP ISSUES, TIRES NOT AT LEGAL TREAD THICKNESS, BRAKES WORN TO NOTHING...BUYER BEWARE . I expect this from shotty side street dealers, not a "respected" dealer. More

Unparallelled efficiency and professionalism. I stopped at Oxmoor to look at 1500 series Rams. I was met by a salesman by the name of Joe Zielonko. He greeted my family and I as if we had an appoi I stopped at Oxmoor to look at 1500 series Rams. I was met by a salesman by the name of Joe Zielonko. He greeted my family and I as if we had an appointment. After a brief conversation, i told him exactly what I wanted to buy and he found it quickly. We agreed on a deal and I never had to speak to the sales manager a single time. After a 5 minute meeting with the finance manager, Paul, I had keys in my hand and my 3 sons had baloons in theirs. The service dept. are very customer friendly and service oriented , when I bought my dodge ram I was told by the salesman I had an appointment the nex The service dept. are very customer friendly and service oriented , when I bought my dodge ram I was told by the salesman I had an appointment the next morning to get 3 recalls done at 9 am when I arrived there had been no appointment made so even though they had a full day they still got me in took care of the recalls installed a bed cover and freshened up the interior because the priviouse owner had smoked in the truck , they turned a bad day into a great day they are the most professional group of people can't say thanks enough More
