New Car Purchase I dreaded going to purchase a new car as I don't like the "dog and pony show" that is so often goes along with the purchase. The experience was the ex I dreaded going to purchase a new car as I don't like the "dog and pony show" that is so often goes along with the purchase. The experience was the exact opposite of what I had anticipated, our salesman Gage was professional and friendly and the manager (Jade) didn't play the expected bad guy role that is often used as a sales negotiation tactic. I truly enjoyed the experience and left the dealership feeling I got a great deal on a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership and the above listed salespeople. Best experience with a dealer I've ever had. I will admit the last car I purchased in 2012, I walked out of this dealer and went across the river to Indiana. The service department and their work I will admit the last car I purchased in 2012, I walked out of this dealer and went across the river to Indiana. The service department and their work made me take another look at the sales side of the store. My salesman Larry Kaplan was patient, kind and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision without being pushy and demanding. He made sure my phone was paired to my Jeep and I understood everything before I left. The finance manager Duncan was also kind and as a fellow veteran was easy to identify with, making me more at ease with signing on the dotted line. More
