When that didn't pan out, I asked him to keep an eye out for a used vehicle that met my needs. Two days later I got a call from Paul about a vehicle that was perfect for me. I immediately went in and test drove. That afternoon I drove it home. In my opinion, Paul sensed what style of service I wanted and adjusted to me instead of making me adjust to him.
