"big" city dealership not for this "country" girl Drove over an hour to look at a low mileage certified vehicle. My vehicle is 3 years old and also certified. Was told they would value my trade while Drove over an hour to look at a low mileage certified vehicle. My vehicle is 3 years old and also certified. Was told they would value my trade while we were on the test drive, "it'll take 5 minutes" After the test drive and 20 minutes later was offered half of book value for my trade. How insulting! Would not recommend unless you want to give away your trade or like wasting your time. Guess they didn't want my business. More
