At times it seemed kind of slow since the salesman had to go check with every price negotiation. Service was great and I bought a very nice certified used car. Larry was a great salesman and worked well with what I wanted and how I wanted to pay for it. After I purchased the car, I had to wait at least an hour before I could even see the finance person. The salesman was left to do everything to get the car ready while there were plenty of people standing around. They cleaned the car but left several spots in the car. Overall, it was a good experience, just a few customer service things that could be sped up. More
