She was very patient, took time to explain the workings of the car on the day I was there and then the next Our salesperson, Milena A, was excellent. She was very patient, took time to explain the workings of the car on the day I was there and then the next day for my husband. She even helped set the blue tooth operation for us. Most importantly, we weren't pressed by her which made us feel very comfortable. Mind you, we had not purchased a new car in 13yrs (and that car is still in perfect condition) so all the modern amenities were quite overwhelming to us. Cary was great in explaining the features of the new car I had selected after a few weeks of viewing the inventory via the internet. I can't remember the Internet persons name, but she was GREAT and set up the appointment with Cary. The Jeep Cherokee is a great car but missing a few things I had on my Jeep Liberty - and this is where you need to be prepared. My Cherokee lacks a visor installed garage door opener which you don't miss until you don't have one - I had to buy a universal garage door opener. This Cherokee also lacks a CD player that was in the Liberty, but that's been replaced with SD card slot, multiple USB ports, a 115 v AC plug and a couple of 12 volt outlets so you can plug in just about anything you need. Okay, if trading in a car - be prepared and stand firm. I left money on the table by not following my own advise. I'm not unhappy, just disappointed that I fell for the paper number reduction and didn't stay focused on the real dollar value. Now I crossed state lines to buy, so if you do, you will have to deal with your motor vehicle department as well - they send a courier to meet you at the DMV with a check and paperwork - but bring your checkbook 'cause you'll need it. That wasn't explained too well, more of a "don't worry, it's easy" approach. Like I've said, just be prepared and you'll be happy with this dealership. More

Out of state purchase Called this morning to purchase a vehicle. Received all of the purchase information on the vehicle 10:12. I Told them that I would be running the financing through my credit union 2.09%. I received and call 2:59 from the salesman asking if I have received approval. I said you timing is great, yes they just approved it. I gave him a deposit to hold the car until we could make arrangements to drive the 9 hours to pickup the car. He thank me. He called me back at 3:10 and said that he was sorry they had sold the car to someone else. If they would have told me that they needed the deposit this morning I would have gladly gave it them. Biggest issue is that it was my wife's birthday present. Thank you Oxmoor for making my wife's birthday special. I tried to contact the dealer email address listed in the response post. It was returned as invalid. If this dealership is going to offer internet sale. They need to treat people you come to the dealership through their virtual door with the same respect and the ones who enter through the actual door. More
