Worst service Purchased a ram 1500 Laramie in June of 2016 been in for the same service 3 times in 7-8 weeks just a alignment. Call about a recall for airbags since Purchased a ram 1500 Laramie in June of 2016 been in for the same service 3 times in 7-8 weeks just a alignment. Call about a recall for airbags since my truck will already be in the shop for the alignment again and was told they couldn't do it and it's best to take it to a different dealer. I am looking into purchasing a completely different make of vehicle because of this. More

Worst Service Department Ever The Service dept is ran horribly, they keep your car for hours without any communications whatsoever and when they do call, if you miss the call good The Service dept is ran horribly, they keep your car for hours without any communications whatsoever and when they do call, if you miss the call good luck calling them back. The person I spoke to made no sense and tells me she is just filling in for someone else so the information she gave me made no sense and the technician never called. So fours later I just asked that their courtesy vehicle pick me up so I can get my car because they don't seem to have a clue what they are doing or what is covered and who they need to call to for approval of coverage. Also I was told that the technician told whomever he called for approval that my car was in accident which caused the issue which is incorrect and since he did not ever talk to me how dare me make that assumption. Needless to say I will never bring my car back to Oxmoor Service even though I did purchase the vehicle from this dealership. More
