In my experience negotiating is little to none on their part. Additional fees are added and when questioned about how one day they gave you a fee of $598 and then the day of they sale its $634. The car salesman could not explain and when the fianance manager was questioned his response was "the numbers add up" dis regarding my question all together. I had already paid a downpayment for a less amount all to be ask for more money the day I came in to finalize the purchase. When asked about this, was advise the the pay off was calculated incorrectly. While speaking with the finance manager there was a $50 dollar charge which ironically is what I had to come up extra on my downpayment He explained the $50 is a fee that is charged to the dealership. I am assuming that fee was pass to me. Which probably explains why they were requesting an extra $50 on top of my original downpayment. So disappointing. More

He knew this model in detail and answered every question, and we appreciated his candor. We knew the vehicle was priced fairly. From our research, we had a list of dealerships to visit, but were so glad Oxmoor was first. There was no reason to look elsewhere. I had a chance to take in Cary's sales award plaques on the wall behind his desk while he drew up our paperwork, and am not surprised he has been recognized so many times as a leader. He was polite, very professional and patient with me for several hours. After locating the vehicle I wanted to purchase, he fully explained the features, options and differences in pricing. Clearly Mr. Luker was found to be a very experienced salesman without any pressure or sales tactics used. His honesty and knowledge was refreshing along with his commitment and dedication to making sure I was satisfied. Mr. Luker stayed hours with me (until 10:30 pm) cleaning my new vehicle, installing equipment and educating me prior to my long drive back home. Oxmoor should be very proud to have Mr. Luker as an employee representing them. I also met with other employees who made me feel welcome and appreciated. The sales car manager and financial representative also stayed well past closing to assist. Worst repair service ever Took my 2007 to them to have it diagnosed. They first diagnosed it as being a bad fuel pump then after replacing the fuel pump they couldn't get it st Took my 2007 to them to have it diagnosed. They first diagnosed it as being a bad fuel pump then after replacing the fuel pump they couldn't get it started and then said oops it wasn't the fuel pump and now believe it to be the ECM but before a new ECM was ordered they changed the diagnoses again and said it was the TCM. Replaced the TCM and they still couldn't get it running. They then claimed their engineers had to get involved who claimed it also needed a new ECM and replaced it and after having the truck for over 6 weeks, finally got it running. Paid the bill and picked up the truck and it lasted 1 week before I had to take it to another dealer for repairs. More
