I'm glad I had the opportunity to, and here's why: Right off, Benjamin was attentive to what I was saying, even though he was in the process of delivering a vehicle to a customer. Through the whole process, I felt like family, and was taken care of, very well. The deal I was working, was for my mother, who lived 3 hours away. Benjamin was always on top of everything, to make the deal work. However, the deal did not go through, due to bank numbers not working. It WAS NOT Benjamin's or the dealership's fault. The bank just said no, on that particular vehicle. Regardless of that, the service I received from Benjamin and Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, was the BEST I have received, from any local dealership...IN A LONG TIME!!!
