This review is about making customers aware of the Extended warranty that you sell but the Easy Care wont honor because I as a consumer did not fully understand what was and wasn't included. really Extended warranty that you sell but the Easy Care wont honor because I as a consumer did not fully understand what was and wasn't included. really left a bad taste in my mouth about your dealership and the finance department who sold it tome. This happened in September of 2015 ( love the truck) but no problem until last month of July when the warranty claim was denied and costing me 550.00 dollars with no assistance. I'm on SS, a vet and can ill afford those bills becasue of a bad product you sold me. I called about a corvette. I ask the sales person if the car was as described. He replied yes. I told him I didn't want to drive 250 miles round trip if it wasn't. He assured me it was. He text me several t car was as described. He replied yes. I told him I didn't want to drive 250 miles round trip if it wasn't. He assured me it was. He text me several times to ask if I was coming. I told him about what time I would get there. He text later and I told him 35 minutes. When I got there he came out, didn't say a lot either way and handed me the keys. The car wouldn't crank. I had him the keys and told him the battery must be dead. He tried to crank it and it still didn't crank. I guess he didn't believe me. He went to get the starter box. He hooked the box up, and yes he hooked it up correct, I watched. He turned the key over and smoked rolled from under the motor and smelled electrical. He didn't really say anything. And I left. 250 miles for nothing not to mention my time wasted. I called on Monday morning to talk with the sales manager. Only got voice mail and no return call. Horrible customer service. If I had drove and didn't like the car that would be on me. Seems if I had a customer coming in with advance notice, they would have at least made sure it would crank. More
