Very good experience. Had a relatively hard to find car so I flew in from Atlanta. Picked me up from the airport and made the process easy. Chase Grimes and the internet department were spectacular! After I got back to Atlanta had an issue with the car almost immediately. They still worked with me to help with repairs to be sure I was satisfied, even though it was as-is. A+ for customer service! More

I began my purchase working with Benjamin who fell ill so Paul took over. The entire process from working with the sales guys through finance was outstanding. I visited Oxmoor Chrysler due to a Cars. com listing of a Honda CR-V SUV at the dealership. The price seemed fair, but I was low-balled on my trade-in by the Sales Manager - an offer of $7k com listing of a Honda CR-V SUV at the dealership. The price seemed fair, but I was low-balled on my trade-in by the Sales Manager - an offer of $7k on a car that should sell for around $13k. My figure is based on similar vehicles listed on Cars.com. I dealt with Jacquan Persley at the deealership - a very good sales rep. I've listed my vehicle on Cars.com and other sites. Hopefully, it'll sell for a fair price and I can purchase that Honda, or a similar vehicle elsewhere. More
