I have had so many bad experiences with dealer service departments that I when I took my Jeep to Oxmoor I had the bar set pretty low. Talk about pleasantly surprised. They also found two recalls I didn't know about that were directly related to the problems I was having (I'm the second owner of said vehicle). Everything was taken care of pro gratis. First time getting my new truck serviced and it was okay. Had me a small hot chocolate, the guy that handled my arrival and return of my truck was nice, respectful, and informative. It's was good.
