I have been with this dealer for a few years and the experience has always been satisfactory, however, this last time was an absolute failure. Our vehicle was dropped off for recall issues. The service department had terrific communication and provided numerous updates throughout the process. The one problem I had, was that I made the appointment months ago and was provided the date to drop my vehicle off by the department. The delay was due to the parts for the recalls being unavailable. I was informed after the department’s diagnosis, that they needed to order the parts?!? This was no fault of the technician or department manager, this was on whoever scheduled the appointment. Better communication among the employees would be my only ask. The department manager pulled parts from another dealership and completed the work in a couple days. All in all, I am satisfied with repairs and give a high mark to the staff and management for great updates and taking care of the vehicle. More
Went in for some major engine leaks on my 10 yo Liberty. Had a suggestion to take it to a couple of other shops that "work on Jeeps" but I really wanted to have an experienced dealership do the work. One place I called wanted me to leave a message with their central scheduler and they'd get back to me. They never called back. I spoke with a live person right away at Oxmoor and although they're backlogged, like so many other shops, I had my appointment. I go in and was greeted by Benjamin. He was very attentive to what needed done and knowledgeable of the work and kept me posted on our progress. It took a few days, waiting on parts, but I was extremely happy when I picked it up. They accommodated my late work schedule. My Jeep was clean. And is running like new again. I'm thankful for the care they gave me. I will be back! More
When we arrived for our appointment, we were told “I’m going to be dead honest with you, we are not getting to your truck today.” We then scheduled another date for our truck to be repaired and was told going to be dead honest with you, we are not getting to your truck today.” We then scheduled another date for our truck to be repaired and was told we would be given an update by noon of that day. At 4:30 pm, I was be given the run around about our truck. Needless to say, I missed a day and a half of work, the truck was never repaired, we were never given any courtesy calls regarding the backed up process, and we were expected to leave our vehicle there with no expected completion date with no available rentals. Benjamin Berry my service person was the absolute best! ! My jeep was in service for 2 weeks for major repairs and he communicated every step of the way. I was under the 100,000 miles and still had to pay a sizable part of the repair. So much for bumper to bumper!! More
Everyone there was very hospitable.
