My family was out growing the van we had and I was looking for a used van that would be bigger and also come with more features. I never thought that I would be able to afford a brand new van, much le looking for a used van that would be bigger and also come with more features. I never thought that I would be able to afford a brand new van, much less a Town & Country, AND it be loaded with everything I could ever want! All thanks to this dealership and most importantly my sales guy Rami Dawod. He was AWESOME! I seriously walked out of the dealership with a new friend! And who could ever say that about their car salesman, I never could until now. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful and I could tell they loved their job and helping customers leave as happy and satisfied as possible. I did for sure! Thank you Rami for everything you did for me and my family and I will be sending everyone I know looking to purchase a new car your way!! More
Most people don't enjoy or look forward to purchasing a new car. At least this is true for our family. We liked our VW but needed to upgrade to a Van as our family is growing. We looking online at the Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna & the Chrysler Town & Country. After test driving the Odyssey and Sienna, we went to the Chrysler dealership (saving our top online pick for last). Very soon after walking into the dealership, I was greeted by the Sales Manager who introduced me to Rami Dawod. Rami listened to my needs and showed me all the cool features in the Town & Country. I could tell he loved showing me this Van and talking about all the amazing features. Needless to say, the Van (although the base model) was loaded with very cool and interesting features (which are all upgrades in the Honda and Toyota). Leather, DVD, Nav System, back up camera and the list goes one and on. The Van was perfect for our family! Now comes the part nobody likes, working out the deal, trade in included. My wife and I had a budget that we felt would be fair for both the dealership and us. Long story short, we walked out to the dealership that day feeling very good about the deal we made. Our sales representative, Rami worked hard for us helping us get the van and not go over budget. There were no games and we were treated very well throughout the entire process. If you go to Oxmoor, be sure to ask for Rami Dawod. He will take good care of you. More
